- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
- While chicken cooks, whisk together orange juice and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Combine cooked chicken with the sauce in a bowl, tossing to coat evenly. Serve hot over rice or alongside vegetables.
