- 3 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, corn, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream (or kefir) with Ranch mix. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- For the honey-lemon dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or kefir), lemon juice, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Gradually add your chosen dressing to the salad mixture and stir well to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
