Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Fit two 9-inch pie crusts into pans and crimp the edges.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and orange zest; mix until glossy.
- Divide the cream mixture between the crusts.
- In another bowl, combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spoon over the cream layer evenly.
- For the crumb topping, mix flour, brown sugar, and pecans in a bowl; drizzle melted butter over and stir until clumps form. Sprinkle over both pies.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until golden brown on top. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
