- 1 lb grilled chicken

- 2 medium avocados, diced

Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by blending olive oil, canola oil, orange zest & juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt until emulsified. Stir in poppy seeds and refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, combine grilled chicken, spinach, diced avocados, feta cheese, sliced almonds, and cranberries.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
