Instructions

- Boil water in a large pot; prepare an ice water bowl nearby.
- Cook corn in boiling water for 2-3 minutes; immediately transfer to ice water to cool.
- Cut kernels from cooled corn cobs into a large mixing bowl.
- Combine corn with grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, parsley, and basil.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss well to combine.
