- 2 tsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced carrots to the skillet; sauté for about five minutes until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and add herbs. Bring to a gentle simmer for about ten minutes.
- In a bowl, combine dumpling mix with enough plant-based milk to form a thick batter; season with salt and pepper.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the batter onto the simmering mixture. Cover and steam on low heat for about fifteen minutes.
- Once dumplings are fluffy, serve in bowls with broth and garnish with additional herbs.
