Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add chopped peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook until thickened (5-7 minutes) and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
- Flatten biscuit dough into rounds. Place cheesecake filling in the center and seal each round to form donuts.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry donuts until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for glaze; dip each donut in glaze and top with peach mixture.
