- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the Bundt pan well.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture while alternating with sour cream until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the Bundt pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it. Top with remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top. Gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
