  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the Bundt pan well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture while alternating with sour cream until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the Bundt pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it. Top with remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon sugar on top. Gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
