Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
- Melt semisweet chocolate until smooth; let cool slightly. Whip together 1 cup heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in melted chocolate and salted caramel sauce.
- Pour mousse into cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- For the whipped topping, whip remaining heavy cream with peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the mousse layer.
- Drizzle with additional caramel sauce, melted peanut butter, and melted chocolate before serving.
