- 1 OREO crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (coarsely chopped)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the OREO crust in a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together ⅓ cup of heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, stirring well.
- Gently fold in coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips into the cheese mixture.
- Carefully fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared OREO crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional chocolate chips or whipped cream if desired.
