Instructions
- Slice bananas into uniform 3/8" to 1/2" rounds.
- Spread a thin layer of peanut butter between two banana slices to form a sandwich.
- Arrange on parchment paper and freeze until solid.
- Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each frozen banana bite in melted chocolate using a toothpick, then place back on parchment to set.
