Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinade/glaze ingredients.
- Reserve 1/4 cup for glazing and marinate the chicken in the remaining mixture for 2-6 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Grill or cook chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Prepare the glaze by simmering reserved marinade with cornstarch until thickened.
- Brush cooked chicken with glaze before serving.
