- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting slits along the bone and rinsing it under cold water.
- Whisk together lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, cilantro, jalapeño, chipotle powder, garlic, honey, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add chicken to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush reserved marinade over chicken and grill for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges.
