Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water to prevent burning.
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp; set aside.
- Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, chili sauce, garlic, honey, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss gently; let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread marinated shrimp onto skewers and grill for 5-7 minutes until charred and cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
