- 1 pound Radiatore pasta
- 1 pound cooked seasoned chicken breast (diced)
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Radiatore pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), honey, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, dried Italian seasoning, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the cooled pasta, diced chicken, broccoli florets, golden raisins, diced celery, sliced almonds to the bowl with the dressing. Gently toss until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
