Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard pie plate.
- Sauté onion in butter until slightly browned, then add garlic.
- In a bowl, mix sautéed onion and garlic with corn, milk, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and eggs until combined.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pie plate and top with remaining breadcrumbs and cheese.
