- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
- 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
- 8 oz. tub of cool whip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream and gradually add sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract, butter flavoring, butterscotch sauce, and butterscotch chips.
- Pour filling into crust; smooth out the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set; center should slightly jiggle.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with cool whip before serving.
