Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add lean ground beef to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
  3. In a small bowl, mix light mayo, ketchup, pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the special sauce.
