  • 2 1/2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer, beat together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs; mix until fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients (cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt). Gradually add to wet mixture until just combined. Chill dough for one hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
