- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let sit until foamy.
- Stir in salt and oil, then add flour gradually until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise in a greased bowl for one hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 16 pieces; roll into ropes and shape into bones.
- Place on a baking sheet to rise again for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese.
