Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour melted butter into an 11×7-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sugar, flour, milk, and baking powder; mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter over the butter in the baking dish without stirring.
- Evenly distribute black raspberries on top of the batter (do not stir).
- Sprinkle remaining sugar over the mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown on top.
