Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 medium garlic cloves (peeled & smashed)
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 pounds skirt steak
Instructions
- In a large zip lock bag, combine all marinade ingredients.
- Mix well until combined.
- Add skirt steak to the bag, seal tightly, and refrigerate for 3 to 12 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat about 15 minutes before cooking.
- Remove steak from marinade; grill for 5 to 8 minutes per side to desired doneness.
- Let rest for at least 5 minutes on a cutting board; slice against the grain and serve.
