- 2 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 cups fresh spinach leaves, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, and 1/2 cup toasted pecans.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese over the mixed ingredients.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar until reduced by half and thickened; optionally stir in 2 tablespoons honey and let cool.
- Just before serving, drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad and enjoy!
