- 40 large raw shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Oil spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, scallions, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha. Stir until blended.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes.
- Season shrimp lightly with fresh cracked pepper.
- Thread five shrimp onto each skewer without overcrowding.
- Preheat grill over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Grill shrimp for about 6–8 minutes until cooked through and opaque.
- Brush skewers with the prepared sauce before serving.
