Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- For the crust, combine softened butter, powdered sugar, salt, all-purpose flour, and pistachios until well mixed. Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden; let cool.
- Prepare the baklava topping by layering filo sheets on a baking sheet, brushing each layer with melted butter, sprinkling with pistachios and sugar, then drizzling with lemon juice and honey before baking for 20 minutes.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; add honey, eggs, sour cream, and salt until combined.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and top with baked baklava pieces.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set in the center; cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
