- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Coat marinated chicken pieces in cornstarch for added crispiness.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
