Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the spinach in olive oil until wilted. Allow it to cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled spinach with ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into squares.
