Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken along with the remaining butter. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve hot over rice or with your favorite sides.
